Can my shipping be delayed?
Your shipment can be slightly delayed during the current situation. The shipping time may vary per country due to local circumstances and busyness of the (local) parcel services. Fortunately, we are currently seeing the delays slow down for all EU countries.
What delay in shipping time do I have to take into account at the moment?

Do you still have enough stock?
Sure, we produce 100% in The Netherlands and as always have all our products in stock at our warehouse. Personalized and special products are produced daily for you, excluding weekends and national holidays.
Will I be delivered while in lockdown?
Yes, the delivery staff keeps a distance of minimum 1,5mtr when delivering or place orders at your front door to avoid physical contact. Letterbox packages are placed in the letterbox. During a lockdown, there are different rules per country that we cannot always estimate. Please check the website of your government or municipality.
We advise you to wash your hands daily and regularly. To stay healthy always follow the covid-19 rules of your (local) authorities.
